Most made to order items will ship within 1-2 weeks but may take less or longer pending current work load. If you need an item sooner, please contact me to discuss available options. I'll do my best to accommodate your request.
Most United States orders will ship UPS or FedEx. Smaller items will ship USPS Priority Mail.
All International orders will ship USPS Priority Mail.
If you would like your order shipped by a certain company, please inform me prior to placing your order and i'll do my best to accommodate your request. This may or may not incur additional shipping charges.
If you are unsatisfied with your made to order purchase, please contact us immediately. No returns, exchanges or refunds after 14 days from date of delivery. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Sales are final on custom orders and are not returnable.
All items are insured for full value during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it for you.
Local pickup is available. Please contact me prior to placing your order so I can remove the shipping cost for you.
All items are made to order unless specified. The grains, knots and characteristics of the wood will vary. Please be aware that the stain color in the photos may slightly vary due to differences in display monitors.
